PLAYER ELIGIBILITY & TOURNAMENT GUIDELINES
To ensure a fair, transparent, and well-organized competition, all participants are encouraged to review and comply with the following tournament guidelines before registering.
🏅 Player Eligibility
• Participants must be bona fide residents of the barangay.
• Registered voters of the barangay are eligible to represent their team in accordance with the tournament rules.
• Participants below 18 years old must submit the required certification from their registered voter parent or legal guardian.
• Pickup players are strictly prohibited.
• A player may only compete for one (1) team and one (1) category in the same sport.
• Once the tournament officially begins, transferring to another team will no longer be allowed.
📄 Documentary Requirements
• Complete all required documents within the prescribed registration period.
• Accomplish the Official Player’s Gallery Form at the SK Office.
• Additional supporting documents may be requested by the Tournament Committee to verify eligibility.
⚠️ Tournament Violations
• Submission of falsified, altered, or fraudulent documents will result in automatic disqualification.
• Any participant found ineligible during the tournament shall be disqualified, and previously won matches may be forfeited.
• The Tournament Committee has the authority to investigate eligibility concerns and resolve all related protests.
• Decisions made by the Tournament Committee shall be considered final.
