To ensure fair play, transparency, and sportsmanship throughout the tournament, all participating teams and players are advised to carefully read and comply with the following eligibility rules and requirements:
📌 PICKUP PLAYER RULES
✅ Each team may recruit a maximum of two (2) pickup players.
✅ Pickup players must be bona fide residents of the City of Naga, Cebu.
✅ Pickup players must not be active varsity players of any high school, college, or university.
✅ Pickup players must not be active CESAFI players during the tournament.
✅ The Tournament Committee reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all pickup players.
📌 BARANGAY INOBURAN RESIDENT ELIGIBILITY
✅ Players representing Barangay Inoburan must be registered voters of the barangay for at least six (6) months prior to the tournament.
✅ Players below eighteen (18) years old may submit the Voter’s Certification of their parent or legal guardian registered in Barangay Inoburan as proof of residency and eligibility.
📌 DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS
✅ All teams must submit the required documents within ten (10) calendar days from the opening of registration.
✅ Teams must accomplish and submit the Official Player’s Gallery Form provided by the SK Office.
✅ Additional documents may be requested by the Tournament Committee to verify a player’s identity, residency, and eligibility.
⚠️ VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES
❌ Submission of edited, falsified, forged, or tampered documents will result in automatic team disqualification.
❌ Any player found ineligible will be immediately removed from the tournament, and affected games may be declared forfeited.
❌ Decisions of the Tournament Committee regarding eligibility, requirements, and sanctions shall be final and binding.
