This historic pageant is open to young women 18–25 years old, with a minimum height of 5’0”, who possess not only beauty but also confidence, values, and the heart of a true queen. This is your moment to shine, to make history, and to become the very first to wear the crown and inspire the next generation of empowered women in our community.
More than just a pageant, Hiyas ng Inoburan is a platform for leadership, culture, and barangay pride. The crowned winner will receive ₱10,000 cash prize and the honor of representing Barangay Inoburan in the prestigious Binibining Naga 2025. The 1st Runner-Up will receive ₱7,000, while the 2nd Runner-Up will receive ₱5,000. Beyond the prizes, this search offers a greater purpose — carrying the name of Inoburan with pride, poise, and purpose.
