The seminar, attended by over 150 participants, successfully highlighted critical issues through its dual-focus approach, addressing both anti-drug awareness and HIV prevention. Patrolman Marc Anthony Macasil and representatives from the KKDAT 2nd PMFC Chapter delivered compelling presentations on the dangers of drug use and the importance of community vigilance in combating substance abuse.
